Oregon Equipment Sales (OES), a privately held company, currently owns two other dealerships, one in McMinnville, Oregon and another in Hubbard, Oregon.

Acquiring Linn Benton Tractor is a strategic step to advance OES' pursuit of establishing a more expansive and specialized dealership platform.

The Linn Benton Tractor dealership in Tangent will continue to operate under its established name.
